Service Description

What to Expect Following your complimentary discovery phone call, the consultation acts as the project kick-off. It’s a time for us to get to know each other, the project scope, budget, our styles and how we can make all that work seamlessly to create a beautiful space for you. You will meet with our Principal Designer and an associate, either on site or at our studio, to further discuss your project needs. We’ll discuss in detail: - Desired timeline - Custom millwork or window treatments - Lighting and painting - Budget expectations - Furniture and space planning - Preliminary design concepts and initial thoughts If applicable, we’ll review any existing or working architectural drawings and floorplans and take measurements of the space to prepare a Design Fee Proposal and Package for you. The duration of the consultation is a maximum of two hours, and a summary of our visit will follow. Consultation Fee $450 plus hst. Payment is due upon booking the consultation (via e-transfer, credit card or cheque). *The consultation fee is non-refundable after our visit, and the consultation fee is for within the Barrie and surrounding GTA area. Additional travel fees per hour may be applicable for travel outside of the GTA.
